Accessing the New Service
It is very simple to access the new service. 1. Go to:http://franklinepb.dnicorp.com 2. Click on the "Register" button and then setup your "New User Registration Details". 3. You will receive an email from Franklin EPB to complete your registration and activate your account. *Please check your junk and/or spam folder for the registration email and make sure to mark is as safe for future email notifications.* 4. Once you become registered; simply login using "Secure Login" New Online Payment Service Access Page
Getting Started
From the portal, you will need to decide whether to register now or make a one-time payment.
When you register, you will be able to sign up for advanced features like paperless (e-billing) and scheduled payments as well as access your billing and payment history. We recommend that recurring payers register in order to take advantage of these features. The online bill looks like your paper bill and is available in PDF format if you wish to download or print it. If you make a one-time payment, you will receive an email confirmation of payment but no payment information will be saved and you will not be able to access any account history. Since this is a new service, registration logins and passwords from our other system don't apply - you'll need to start fresh.
Features of the New System
You may choose to receive paperless e-billing to help us save money, reduce clutter, and impact our planet in a positive way, or continue to receive printed paper bills. Accepts e-checks and Discover card as well as Visa and MasterCard. Supports multiple browsers including Safari, Chrome, Opera, Firefox, and Internet Explorer. You can even use your cell phone or mobile device. If you are a paperless customer If you have been receiving bill notifications by e-mail, you will also need to re-sign up for paperless e-billing to continue to receive e-bills and help us save money, reduce cluttler, and impact our planet in a positive way. If you prefer to make a one-time payment (no registration). This option is now available on our new service by locating your bill, adding it to the shopping cart and selecting one-time payment. Setup Recurring Payments After logging in, go to "My Profile" Under "My Profile" go to "Manage Payment Information" Go to "Scheduled Payments" Under the "Scheduled Payments" you will see an option for "Recurring Payments" with a recurring payment entry created Select the pencil icon to edit your recurring payment information Select "Save" and you are ready to go
